Quay Creative's Rachel Gibson has decided to hand over the role of editing Business Matters, Lancaster District Chamber's bi-monthly business magazine. After four years, the January/February 2010 edition will be her last.

 

"I have really enjoyed editing the magazine but I have a couple of business ideas that I'd like to explore and devote some more time to," said Rachel. "I also organised a Baby and Toddler Show in May 2009 in partnership with local web resource The Babymaze. It proved very successful and is something we're keen to build on."

 

Ann Morris, Chief Executive of the Chamber, said: "Rachel has done a superb job over the last few years amd I am grateful to her for taking the publication from home spun to professional."

 

Rachel will continue to write articles for the magazine and contribute as part of the editorial board.
